Timothy Hamby, 26 of Evensville died Saturday, February 27, 2021 at his home.

Born on February 19, 1995, Timothy was a lifetime resident of Evensville.  He loved herpetology (the study of reptiles) and was always rescuing snakes and lizards.  Timothy enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hiker.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Daniel Hamby, his grandmother Rita Dunn and his uncle Jamey Dunn.

Survivors include his mother Lori Dunn of Evensville, father Jason (Heather) Hamby, grandparents Daniel Dunn of Evensville and Pat Hamby (Tom) Quinn of Englewood and brothers and sisters Tyler (Samantha) Hamby and Haley (Hunter) Gibson both of Dayton, Patrick Mitchell, Elijah Hicks, Tanner Hamby and Jacelynn Hamby all of Spring City and aunt Dana (Casey) Decker of Hixson.

A memorial service at Piney Creek will be announced by the family in April, 2021.
