Thomas "Tommy" Earl Walker Sr. age 68 of Spring City, Tennessee died on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at his home.

He was born on August 20, 1954. Tommy was a graduate of Spring City High School "Class of 1974". He owned and operated Walkers Heating and Air for 40 years, Tommy's Saw Shop, and was the founder and co-owner of Thunder Ridge Go Kart Raceway. Tommy was skilled in welding, building, excavation, working on cars, and making things work. He was a member of Wolf Creek Baptist Church.

Tommy was preceded in death by his father Earl Walker.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years Ellie Walker of Spring City, Tennessee; his mother Jane Walker of Spring City, Tennessee; his children Jennifer (Rob) Lyke of Loudon, Tennessee, Thomas (Danielle) Walker of Knoxville, Tennessee, Matthew (Lacey) Walker of Pikeville, Tennessee, and Ernest "E.J." (Brady) Beach of Spring City, Tennessee; his brother Jerry (Robin) Walker of Spring City, Tennessee ; his 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Leon Locke and Rev. Paul Forgey officiating. Interment will follow at Holloway Walker Cemetery in Spring City, Tennessee. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Vaughn Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Tommy's family to help with medical expenses.
