Terry J. Gregston, 74 of Spring City died Sunday, January 16, 2022 at his home.

Born on October 26, 1947 in Duncan, Oklahoma, Terry joined the U. S. Navy after graduating from high school.  He served during the Vietnam Conflict , reaching the rank of Senior Chief before retiring after 22 years of service to his Country .  Terry , then became a mechanical contractor with a construction company was project manager over development.  In 2014, he retired and permanently moved to Spring City .  Terry loved to play golf and belonged to the Dayton Golf and Country Club.  He was of the Protestant faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Sally Bryant Gregston and his brother Monroe Gregston.

Survivors include his wife Marilyn "Gerri" Gregston of Spring City, his sons Darrell (Yvonne) Reinking of Suffolk, VA and Joshua Gregston of Norfolk, VA, his sister Deanna Gregston of Duncan, OK, his brothers Wallace Gregston of Antlers, OK and Lyndol Gregston of Duncan, OK, his grandchildren Courtney, Cheyenne and Cody and his great grandchildren Sonny and Kora.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home.  Please bring pictures of Terry and have stories of Terry to share with friends and family .  There will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dayton Golf and Country Club, 315 Payne Lane, Evensville, TN  37332.
