Teddy L. "Ted" Simonds , 64 , died Wednes day, October 3 , 20 18 at his residence .

Born in Elyria, Ohio , Ted was the son of the late Harvey L and Dorothy Eberling Simonds.  He was a graduate of Ridgeville High School in Elyria and was a retired self-employed mechanic.  Ted and his wife, Wilma, moved from Ohio to the Spring City community in 1978.  He attended the Spring City Church of God.  Ted loved guns and antique cars.

He was preceded in death by his sister Delores Worcester.

Survivors include his wife Wilma Burnett Simonds of Spring City, children Rhonda (Keith) Shelton of Spring City, Raelynne (Matt) Davis of Spring City, Vicki (Larry) Peak of Dayton and Glenna Sherrill of Spring City, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

A graveside service in the Spring City Ce metery will be held at a later date.
