Sybil Nancy Rampley 71 , formerly of Carrollton and Decatur , Georgia, died Satur day, December 29, 2018 at the Spring City Care and Rehab Center.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Nancy was the daughter of the late Calvin and Annie Bell Martin Garner.  She worked many years in the retail food industry ; as a manager and cashier , and retired from Big Star Grocery Store after 25 years in Carrollton, Georgia. Nancy then had her own business in flea markets in the area.  Nancy moved from Decatur, Georgia to the Spring City community in 2016. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her son Shawn Rampley of Chattanooga, daughter Melissa Laney of North Carolina and two sisters Patsie Nixon and Judy Hovatter both of Pleasant Hill, California, five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Interment will be in the White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Duluth, Georgia on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 1PM.
