Susan Annette Smith, 55 died Friday, July 5, 2019 at Rhea Medical Center.

A lifetime resident of Spring City , Susan was a graduate of Rhea County High School and Roane State Community College. Susan worked f or many years at the Wolf Creek Market.  She was active in helping the needy and loved crafts. But, her passion was her family.  Susan was a member of the Texas Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Kenneth Smith and granddaughter Lexie Hill.

Survivors include her husband Chr is Hill of Spring City, parents Henry Clay and Peggy McNeal Smith, children Brittany (Jesse) O'Dell of Spring City, Morgan (Megan) Smith of Dayton, Dylan Hill (Svetlana Hall) of Spring City, Chris H. Hill II of Spring City and Bradley N. Hill of Chattanooga , b rothers Doyle (Katie) Smith of Spring City and Dennis McNeal of Nashville, sister Janie Knight of Evensville and grandchildren Harmony, Kenny, Caleb, Ava, Caden, Ridley, Trinity and Malachi.

Funeral services are Tues day, July 9 , 2019 at 2:00 pm in chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Norman Huskey officiating.  Interment will be in the Porter-Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Mon day from 6:00 p m to 8:00 p m at Vaughn Funeral Home.
