Shelia Godsey, 69, died Friday, April 24, 2020 at the Hospice of Chattanooga Care Center .

Shelia was born on June 23, 1950 and was a lifetime resident of Spring City .  She was the daughter of the late Henry and Margaret Riggs Byerley.  Shelia had worked for Southern Silk Mill and Spring City Healthcare.  She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and knitting.  Shelia attended the Spring City Foursquare Church.

She was preceded in death by her sister Rosanna Byerley , her brother Bill Byerley and her grandson Patrick Boles .

Survivors include her children Jamie Armendariz of Cleveland, Tennessee , Gayle Byrd of Daleville, Alabama and Howard Boles of Spring City, sister Sandy Byerley of Spring City, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

There will be no visitation or services.  A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
