Ronald Thompson 62, died Friday, May 10, 2019 at his home.

A lifelong resident of Spring City , Ronald was a graduate of Rhea County High School "Class Of 1975". He was employed at La-Z-Boy Corp until he retired after 37 years. Ronald enjoyed following Nascar .

He was preceded in death by his father Johnny Max Thompson an d his stepfather Buford Cranfield .

Ronald is survived by his mother Decia Roberts Cranfield of Spring City, sons Chris (Christa) Thompson of Grandview and Craig Thompson of Spring City, b rothers Johnny Ray (Tina) Thompson and Lynn Cranfield both of Spring City and grandchildren Conner, Caden, Coby and Breanna Thompson.

Graveside services are Monday , May 13, 2019 at 4:30 pm in the Spring City Cemetery with Rev. Jonathan Panther officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 2pm until the ti me of services at Vaughn Funeral Home.
