Roger D. Garren Sr. died Friday, August 2, 2019 at his home .

A lifetime resident of Spring City, Roger was the son of the late Elmer Ray and Mabel Hartley Garren.  He retired from Suburban Manufacturing Company after 20 years of service. Roger was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his son Jonathan Scott Garren .

Survivors include his wife Barbara Garren of Spring City , sons Roger (Deepa) Garren Jr. of Kingston, Tennessee and Michael (Melissa) Garren of Rockford, Tennessee, several half brothers and sisters and grandchildren Emily Garren, Madeline Garren and River Garren.

Graveside services are Tues day, August 6 , 2019 at 3:00 p m in the Spring City Cemetery with Rev. Rick Harmon officiating. There will be no visitation.
