Robert Henry Reed , 76 , died Wednes day, July 11, 2018 , at Cumberland Medical Center.

A lifetime resident of Grandview, Henry was the son of the late Rainey W. and Opal Pauline Reid Reed .  He was a graduate of Spring City High School.  Henry was a heavy equipment operator and retired from Angel Construction.  He attended the Grandview Christian Fellowship Church.  Henry loved woodworking, fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his brother Carlos Reed.

Henry is survived by his children Cindy (Roy) Stone o f Bon Aqua, Tennessee and Ricky (Gina) Reed of Lyles, T ennessee , brother Danny (Joy) Reed of Grandview, sisters Joyce Ann Reed, Wilma (Paul) Leffew and Janice (Tommy) Durham all of Grandview and Margaret Dick of Soddy Daisy, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services are Fri day, July 13 , 20 18 at 11:00 a m at the Grandview Christian Fellowship Church with Rev. Dwight Zimmerman officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the Stebbins Cemetery .  The family will receive friends Thurs day from 6:00 p m to 8:00 p m at Vaughn Funeral Home.
