Robert Lynn Gillespie, 69 died on Friday, December 24, 2021 in Spring City, Tennessee.

Born on August 28, 1952 in Spring City , Robert was the son of the late Charlie Lee and Verna Mae Alexander Gillespie.  He was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church.

He was also preceded in death by his brothers Curtis Gillespie and James Gillespie.

Survivors include his brothers Charles (M arlinda) Gillespie of Nashville, Tennessee, John (Vickey) Gillespie and Rodney (Beverly) Gillespie both of Spring City, Robert Lee Gillespie, Charles Gillespie and Michael Gillespie all of Dayton, Tennessee, his sisters Vivian Ann Trammel of Lancaster, California, Charleen Gillespie of Fontana, California, Amanda Gillespie of Cleveland, Tennessee and Louvenia Gillespie of Chattanooga, Tennessee, his uncle Edward Alexander of Humble, Texas, two godsons, one goddaughter, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held in the S pring of 2022.
