Robert Lloyd Barnwell , 60 formerly of Spring City passed away Friday July 12, 2019 in Kentucky .

A resident of Edmonton , Kentucky, Lloyd was employed a s a truck driver with E & Y Transport. He had attended Rhea County High School and was of the Baptist faith. Lloyd loved cars and motorcycles.

Lloyd was preceded in d eath by his father Robert Barnwell and his grandparents Jess and Rose Lemons and Maynard and Maude Barnwell.

Survivors include his mother Ruth Lemons Barnwell of Spring City, daughter Erica (Stephen Barker) Hollis of Soddy Daisy, sons Jonathan (Tonya) Barnwell of Sale Creek and Marcus Barnwell of Soddy Daisy, brother Joe (Jennifer) Barnwell of Ashland, AL, sisters Janice (Paul) Roberts of Dayton and Donna (Dennis) Varner of Spring City , special friend Bessie Barnwell and twelve grandchildren.

Funeral services are Tuesday , July 16 , 2019 at 2:00 p m in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Hurd officiating.  Interment will be in the Spring City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8pm at Vaughn Funeral Home.
