Rebecca Elaine Park, 48 , died Thurs day, November 28 , 20 19 at the Wyn d ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Crossville.

Born in Rhea County , Rebecca was the daughter of John and Mary Clark Schaffer. She was a graduate of Rhea County High School and Nursing Training at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology .  Rebecca was a registered nurse and worked for Wyndridge Health and Rehabilitation Center for several years. She loved to sew, knit and sing. Rebecca was a member of Friendship (Heritage) Baptist Church in Spring City.

She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Schaffer and brothers Rodney and Timothy Schaffer.

Survivors include her father John Schaffer of Spring City, brothers Jeff Schaffer, Darrell Schaffer and Chuck Schaffer all of Spring City, sister Denise (David) Brock of Spring City and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are Sun day, December 1 , 20 19 at 3:00 p m in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. David Brock officiating.  Interment will be in the Friendship Cemetery in Spring City.  The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Vaughn Funeral Home.
