Peggy Janice Fredregill age 89 of Evensville, Tennessee died on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at her residence.

She was born on May 5, 1935 in Lowell, Indiana to the late Robert and Dora Hilzley Isler and has lived in this area since 1990. Peggy was a graduate of Lowell High School. She liked to garden and sew. Peggy was a great seamstress. She also loved to cook and work puzzles. Peggy volunteered at a nursing home and was later hired. She was of the Protestant faith.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband Ernest "Ernie" Fredregill, her sisters Betty Jane Roe, Mary Ann Truman, and Joyce Weir, and her brother Jack Isler.

Survivors include her children Audrey (Roy) Gordon of Columbus, Ohio, Daniel (LouAnn) Fredregill of Evensville, Tennessee, Susan Graniero of Allons, Tennessee, and Beth (Greg) Jenkins of Austin, Arkansas; and her 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

There will be no services or visitation.

The family asks that donations be given to Rhea County Animal Shelter Alliance, 9118 Back Valley Road, Evensville, Tennessee 37332 in her memory.
