Pat Dietzen (nee Goebel) passed away peacefully on October 20, 2020 in Rhea County, TN .

She was born on July 27, 1933, in the Town of Forest, WI to Anton and Odella (Engel) Goebel. On May 27 th , 1954 she married Herbert Dietzen of Mt. Calvary, WI. They were married until his death in 1981. She enjoyed gardening , sewing and playing bridge . She also loved to t ravel with her husband , Herb, a nd later with her long-time partner, Robert Liesendahl. She had a quick wit and dry sense of humor that was appreciated by her family and many friends.

Pat was preceded in death by h er parents, h er sisters; Margie Johanski, Marcella "Sis" Scannell, Lorraine Flood and Bernadette Blatz, brothers; John , Anthony and Eugene Goebel, brother-in-laws and sisters-in-laws; Jerry Blatz, Edward Braatz, Sr., Stanley Johanski, Tom Flood, Mary Ann Goebel and son-in-laws Kent Carle and Ron Jackson .

She is survived by her son, Michael (Sally) and daughters; Judi Carle (Tim Shideler) and Sue Jackson (Rich Petty) ; grandchildren; Jim (Amanda) Dietzen, Brian (Annie) Dietzen, Megan (Michi) Kozel; Jill Carle (Andy Rottas), Kelly (James) Pinson, Kevin Jackson; and great grandchildren, Vivienne, Tyler, Olivia & Eleanor.

She is also survived by h er sister; Alice Braatz, and brother , Jim (MaryAnn) Goebe l, brother-in-law Tom Scannell, sister-in-law; Shirley Goebel, sister-in-law, Maythia (Dietzen) Johnson and brother-in-law, Alan Johnson, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
