Nina Kay Clack, 67 died Monday, February 15, 2021 at her home.

She was born on September 1, 1953 in Noblesville, Indiana. Nina moved from Anderson, Indiana to the Spring City community in 1992 when she married her husband, Curtis.  She worked at the Piggly Wiggly for several years in both Spring City and Rockwood.  Nina was a member of the Soup To Nuts Book Club and enjoyed reading.  She also enjoyed hiking, shopping and going out to eat.  Nina was of the Protestant faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents Andrew Gene and Tobitha June Barrett McDole, brother Willard Edward McDole and son Jeffrey Ray Van Horn.

Survivors include her husb and Curtis Clack of Spring City, children Trixie Clifford of Rockwood, Frederick Van Horn III of Spring City and Brian Van Horn of Rockwood, brother Andrew McDole of Indiana and sisters Tina Beatrice of Indiana, Diana Lasley of Arkansas and Andrea Evans of Indiana, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

There will be no services or visitation.
