Mary Elizabeth "Puzzie" Kyle age 97, formerly of Spring City, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at her residence in Dayton, Tennessee.

She was born on November 30, 1925 to the late James and Nica Denton McDowell. Mary was a graduate of Spring City High School. She attended business school in Chattanooga. Mary worked as a secretary for several businesses, retiring several time s . She loved to paint china, cross stich , knit, and sew. Mary was a member of Burk's United Methodist Church in Hixson, Tennessee.

Mary is also preceded in death by her first husband Dee Hall, her second husband Milton Kyle, her sisters Jimmie Ann Shelton and Sue Murphy, and her great granddaughter Maggie Elizabeth Hall.

Survivors include her son W.L. (Becky) Hall of Evensville, Tennessee; her daughter Mary Ann Hall of Hixson, Tennessee; grandchildren Calvin Hall, BJ (Dusty) Hall, Dustin (Ashley) Hall, and Caleb (Corey) Hall; and her great grandchildren Austin, Bradley, Braxton, Corbin, Cooper, and Connor Hall.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 3:00 PM in Buttram Cemetery in Dayton, Tennessee with Rev. Shane Johnston officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vaughn Funeral Home.
