Margaret "Peggy" Wilson , 72 of Knoxville died Saturday, March 20, 2021 at her residence.

Born on December 24, 1948, Peggy was the daughter of the late James Robert and Margaret Massey Wilson.  She attended Spring City High School and was a graduate of Farragut High School.  Peggy enjoyed bird watching, especially hummingbirds and cardinals and she like d cats as well.   She enjoyed cooking, baking and watching "Walker Texas Ranger".  Peggy was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Knoxville.

Survivors include her children Ross Young of Bristol, VA, Lara Whitlock of Sweetwater, James Michael Young of Pikeville, Sara McElroy of Knoxville and Margaret Parker of Kingsport, brother Tom Wilson of Chattanooga, sisters Sue Kincannon and Linda Pitts both of Atlanta, GA, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A private memorial service will be held in the Friendship Cemetery. A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
