Luke Sullivan, 72 died Saturday, July 4, 2020 at his home in Evensville .

Born on January 21, 1948 in Bledsoe County, Tennessee, Luke was the son of the late Jesse Henry and Willa Mae Jordan Sullivan.  He served 10 years in the U. S. Army during which time he was in Vietnam for 13 months. Luke loved to hunt, fish and read his Bible.  He was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Spring City.

Luke was preceded in death by his son David Collin Sullivan, daughter Stephanie Renee Kell and sisters Marjorie Sullivan and Kathryn Sullivan.

Survivors include his wife, Frankie Sullivan of Evensville, son Kevin Karl Kidwell of Spring City, brothers Jesse Owen Sullivan of Dayton and Oscar Cranwell Sullivan of Bledsoe County and three grandchildren.

A memorial service with military honors will be held on Fri d ay, July 10 , 2020 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with the Rev. Norman Huskey officiating.  There will be no visitation.
