Laur a Whitted , age 48 , died Thursday , June 30, 2022 , at her residence. She was born in Crossville, Tennessee on September 5, 1973. Laura attended Cumberland County High School and worked several years at the La-Z-Boy Corporation in Dayton. She loved to bass fish, work in her garden growing vegetables and flowers . Laura loved to go to yard sales and doing crafts. She was of the Baptist faith.

Laura was preceded in death by her mother Mary Helton Tuttle.

Survivors include h er husband , Charlie Whitted Jr. of Evensville; father Esco Tuttle of Grandview; daughter Alysia Chavez (James) of Dayton; step child ren Joh n Whitted of Dayton and Matthew Whitted of Telico Plains; special daughter Brandi Wilkey of Dayton ; brother Paul T uttle of Crossville; mother-in- law Shirley Whitted of Spring City; and granddaughter Amelia Chavez of Dayton.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Umphrey officiating. She will be buried at Ewing Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
