Kenneth Earl Jo lley, 91 of Spring City died on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was born on February 27, 1930 in Rhea Springs, Tennessee to the late Ralph and Margaret Janow Jolley. He grew up on their family farm and graduated from Spring City High School in 194 9. Earl served his country for 3 years in the United States Air Force. He retired after 33 years from TVA ; working at the Kingston Steam Plant. Earl like to fish and hunt and enjoyed making "hiking sticks". He especially loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren. Earl attended the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Spring City.

He was also preceded in death by his brother James "Rabbit" Jolley.

Earl is survived by his wife of 70 years Edith Cagle Jolley of Spring City, sons Mike ( Kim ) Jolley, Greg (Suzan) Jolley and Brent Jolley all of Spring City, his sister Mary Sue Moffett and sister-in-law Charleen Gibbs both of Spring City. His grandchildren include Kenny Jolley, David Jolley, Seth (Jessica) Jolley, Bradley Bean, Tyler Jolley and Alexis (Sean ) Canterbury and 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

As per his request, there will be no visitation. Private graveside services will be in Spring City Memorial Gardens.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to a church or charity of your choice.
