Kathy Glover, 70 of Spring City died on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at her home.

Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, on March 29, 1951, Kathy was a longtime resident of the Spring City community.  She and her husband, Victor owned and operated Modern Way Dry Cleaners in Dayton for 33 years.  Kathy enjoyed riding motorcycles with Victor, especially in the Fall in the mountains.  She liked to go to Paul McCartney concerts and her favorite breed of dog was golden retrievers .  Kathy enjoyed spending time on the lake with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was of the Baptist faith.

Kathy was preceded in death by her mother Betty June Shively Ingram.

Survivors include her husband Victor Glover of Spring City, her son Jeremy Glover of Pennsylvania, her daughters Angela (Kevin) Skiles of Dayton and Carrie Glover of Spring City, her father Edward Carroll Davis of Nashville, her sister Julie (Lance) Douglas of Murfreesboro, TN, her brother Ed (Bob) Davis of Florida, 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Forgey officiating .  The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
