Judy G. Kilby, 75 of Decatur and formerly of Spring City, died on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the Fort Loudon Medical Center in Lenoir City, Tennessee.

Born on September 10, 1946, Judy was born and raised in Knoxville.  She was a graduate of Farragut High School and a lifelong homemaker.  Judy moved to the Spring City community in 2000.  She devoted her life to her children and grandchildren.  Judy was a member of the Restoring Hope Church of God in Spring City.

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Lafayette Kilby S r., her parents Benny and Louise Woodby and her brother David Woodby.

Survivors include her daughter Robin Kilby of Decatur, her sons Kenny (Jamie) Kilby Jr., of Dayton and Kenyon (Julie) Kilby of Spring City, her brother Ronnie Woodby of Knoxville , her sister Gail Wilson of Loudon, her sister-in-law Ann (Joe) Trent, her 11 grandchildren, her 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
