Joyce Steiner 69 of Spring City passed away at her residence Thursday, July 2, 2026.

She was born March 4, 1957 to the late Lavern and Helen Konopka Heintz in Hinsdale, Illinois. Joyce attended Downers Grove South High School in Downers Grove, Illinois. She retired after 30 years from the Rexnord Corp in Illinois. Joyce loved to garden, doing cross-stitch and attending craft shows. She also loved the outdoors and living on Watts Bar Lake.

Joyce leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 33 years, Joe Steiner of Spring City and her daughters Trisha Johnson of Spring City Tennessee and Jenny Mae Steiner of Batavia, Illinois. She is also survived by her brothers;Lavern (Holly) Heintz of Geneva, Illinois, Marion Heintz of Crossville, Tennessee, and Jack Heintz of Elgin, Illinois, her 4 grandchildren Michael Neuberg, Kassandra Neuberg, Miranda Neuberg and Kayla Steiner, along with great grandchildren Cody Nolan and Charlie Liberman.

There will no visitation, but a "Gathering of Friends" will be held at a later date.
