Joseph "Joe" Donald Dodson, 67, died Saturday, August 12, 2017 at his home.

A lifetime resident of Spring City, Joe was the son of the late Dave and Rachel Mary Thurman Dodson. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Joe was preceded in death by his brothers J. D., Johnny, Dallas and Danny Dodson and sisters Faye DeVault and Wanda Roberts.

Survivors include his brothers Loyd F. (Nita) Dodson of Graysville and Kenneth Dwight "George" Dodson of East Ridge, Tennessee.

A memorial service is Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Spring City Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
