John B. Graves age 47 of Spring City died Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Tennova Healthcare in Cleveland, Tennessee.

He was born on March 16, 1976 and has lived in this area for 23 years after moving here from Alabama. John loved kayaking, Tennessee Football, the Tennessee Titans, and any kind of animal. He also loved his family, especially his grandchildren. John was of the Baptist faith.

John is preceded in death by his step dad Yogi Crawford, his grandparents Lloyd and Clarice Buxton, and his best friend Ernie Amos.

Survivors include his wife Angela Lopez of Spring City, Tennessee; his mother Carolyn Buxton Crawford of Spring City, Tennessee; his father Ricky Lynn (Sandy) Graves of Ft. Myers, Florida; his nine children, his brothers Eric Graves of Spring City, Tennessee and Jared Graves of Terra Haute, Indiana; his sister Terah Graves of Arkansas; and his five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Forgey officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Vaughn Funeral Home.
