Jimmy Bloodsworth 77 died Saturday, September 30, 2017.

Born in Hamilton Co. he was the son of the late Mayshack and Margaret Chandler Bloodsworth. Jimmy retired from TVA working at both Watts Bar and Sequoyah. He loved to play bingo with the Senior Citizens.

Survivors include his wife Chris Long Bloodsworth, children Danny Bloodsworth, Pennie (Billy) Smith, Paul (Jennie) Bloodsworth, Tennie Pendleton, Beth Shoats and Tony Lemons, brothers Cecil and Terry Bloodsworth and sisters Barbara Kay Yeager, Liz Clark, Linda and Virginia Bloodsworth, ten grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the Spring City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday one hour before services.
