Jeffery Todd Garrison, 57 died Monday, October 12, 2020 in Spring City .

Born on June 17, 1963, Todd was a lifetime resident of Spring City.  He was a graduate of Rhea County High School "Class of 1981"; where he de sign e d and received a patent for the design for the cover of his class annual. He went on to graduate from R oane State Community C ollege. Todd was an avid outdoorsmen and hiked the Appalachian Tra il in its entirety.  He was a scholar and a philosopher; with an intense interest in many topics. Todd attended the New Beginnings Presbyterian C hurch in Spring City.

He was preceded in death by his father Doyle Garrison.

Todd is survived by a loving family and friends.

A private graveside service was held on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the Spring City Cemetery with the Dr. Roger Rothwell officiating.
