Irena R. Daniels, 91 died Friday September 4, 2020 at Park West Medical Center in Knoxville .

Born in Spring City on November 11, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Rosa Kerley Roberts. Irena was a graduate of Spring City High School and worked as Assistant Librarian at Rhea County High School for many years. She was a member of the Spring City Foursquare Church and was involved with its' many activities. Irena loved the Lord and her family. She enjoyed going to the beach and hunting for and collecting shark's teeth!

Irena was preceded in death in 2018 by husband of 72 years W.C. Daniels. Two brothers Kenneth and Bobby Roberts also preced e her.

Survivors include her sons Larry Daniels of Knoxville and Randall (Pam) Daniels of Cleveland, Tennessee and her sister Mary Emma McCollister of Spring City, seven grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Monday September 7 at 11am in the S pring City Memorial Gardens ; where family wil l receive friends 30 minutes prior to the services conducted by her son Larry Daniels and Rev. David Daniels .
