Homer O'Dear age 76 of Grandview, Tennessee died on Monday, February 6, 2023 at his residence. He was born on June 9, 1946 to the late James Edward and Mamie Elizabeth Garner O'Dear. Homer was a graduate of Spring City High School. He worked for several years at Southern Silk Mill and then cut timber until his retirement . Homer liked to fish and watch westerns. He was of the Protestant faith.

Homer is also preceded in death by his sisters Betty King, Barbara King, Maxine Scott, Shirley Holloway, and Faye Reed Murphy, and his brothers Jimmy and Gary Patrick O'Dear.

Survivors include his sons Dallas and Steven Daniels ; several grandchildren , nieces and nephews.

As per his request, there will be no funeral services.
