Helen E. War nock, (84) of Nicholasville, Kentucky passed on from this earth to her Heavenly home T uesday, August 2, 2022. She was born on July 19, 1938 and was the daughter of Robert W. Lennard and Janie Elmyra Nipper Lennard.  Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Grace Tomlinson and a special sister Flossie Johnson.

Helen was born in Ft. Pierce, Florida and graduated at Dan McCarty High School.  After High School she went off to Nursing School at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.  She continued her nursing degree years later and after receiving her RN license, she worked many decades as a NICU nurse, Pediatric ICU and in the Cardiac ICU nursing units.  Nursing was her life, and she has inspired many of her family members to do the same by the example she set.

Helen is survived by her children and their spouses Mimi Mason (Kelly), Wade Warnock (Denise), and Wendy Marlow (Scott).  She had many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren with several more on the way.  Along with several cousins and close friends, she will be forever loved and missed by all.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 with a private visitation at 2pm.  Interment will follow with a graveside service at 3:00 PM at Mt. Sulfur Cemetery in Grandview, Tn.  In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Jessamine County Humane Society in her name.
