Helen C. Parks, 85 of Spring City died Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at her residence.

Born on June 19, 1935 in Spring City, Helen was the daughter of the late Jarman and Jessie Chumley Holloway.  She was a lifetime member of the Wolf Creek Baptist Church where she taught the Adult Women's Sunday School Class for many years.  Helen loved her flowers and could grow anything.  She enjoyed spending a lot of time with her grandchildren.

Helen was preceded in death by her brothers Calvin Holloway, Edward "Babe" Holloway and Hoyal Holloway and her sisters Celia Clark James, Lorretta Strickland, Anna Dee Parks, Vida Monday, Metha Crawford and LaPriel Lyles.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years LeRoy Parks of Spring City, her children Gary Parks and Rick (Terri) Parks both of Spring City, Pam (Larry) Hall of Gallatin, TN and Tracey Boshears of Nashville, TN, her grandchildren Brandlyn Bell, Ashley Parks, Kristy Puckett, Chelsea Dunn, Heather McClung, Cameron Hall and Scott Hall, 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 30, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Wolf Creek Baptist Church in Spring City with the Rev. Paul Forgey officiating.  Interment will follow in the Spring City Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Wolf Creek Baptist Church.
