Harold Dean Pritchett, age 76, of McDonough, Georgia, went home to be with the Lord on January 02, 2023.

Dean is survived by his wife of 57 years, Janie; two daughters, Tina (Rod) Willie and Rita (Brad) Summers ; grandchildren, Matt (Ashlyn), Kaitlyn, Lindsay and Jacob; sister, Louise (Bill) Wilkey, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Dean was born on May 19, 1946 in Rhea County, TN. He was a retired shop foreman with the Georgia Department of Transportation. He was a devoted husband, loving daddy and pawpaw. He was a loyal friend to many. Dean loved the Lord and loved sharing the Gospel with everyone; in fact, he had a ministry devoted to encouraging people and sharing God's love. He is known as "the card man." Dean loved his church and had a passion for teaching & discipleship, and a heart for missions. He was a man of God.

Dean never met a stranger. He always had a joke or a funny line. At church, he always greeted people with his unique wit and charm. Dean was loved by so many.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 08, 2023 at Henry Baptist Church, located at 4035 Jodeco Rd., in McDonough. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 3:00 PM prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at 1 PM on Monday, January 09, 2023 at Spring City Memorial Gardens in Spring City TN. Serving as pallbearers are, Ricardo Laiford , Nate Smith, Mark Osborne, Joe Hardin, Frank Ferguson, Jeff Fox, Jason Towns, and Glenn Whitaker.
