Hailey N. Poffenbarger age 45 of Spring City died on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Erlanger Bledsoe Hospital in Pikeville, Tennessee.

She was born on February 12, 1978 in Middletown, Ohio and has lived in this area for five years. Hailey was a graduate of Madison High School in Middletown, Ohio. She worked in food services before being employed by La-Z-Boy. Hailey loved to travel, especially trips to the ocean. She also enjoyed yard work. Hailey was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include her partner of 20 years Danny Short of Spring City, Tennessee; her father Lari Poffenbarger of Spring City, Tennessee; her mother Jackie Woodward of Danville, Kentucky; her children Austin Poffenbarger of Oxford, Ohio and Lexis Poffenbarger of Oakdale, Tennessee; her brother Matt Poffenbarger of St. Petersburg, Florida; and her two grandchildren Nora Leeanne and Cadyn.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Daniels officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Vaughn Funeral Home.
