Felix A. Mooneyha n , 67 of Spring C ity died Thursday, May 27, 2021.

Born on July 15, 1953 in Dayton, Tennessee, Felix grew up in Summer City in Bledsoe County and attended Bledsoe County High School.  He was a truck driver for 45 years based out of Georgia and recently retired to part-time with Whitestone Transportation.  Felix loved the outdoors including hunting, fishing, growing a garden and sharing produce with family and friends.  He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Spring City.

Felix was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Clara Burns Mooneyhan and his brother James Benton "Steve" Mooneyhan.

Survivors include his wife Regina Mooneyhan of Spring City, his children Kevin (Tabitha) Turner of Buckhead, GA, Chris (Stacy) Moreland of Conyers, GA, Michelle (Dion) Fernau of Boebe, A R , Robbie (Sonya) Moreland of Covington, GA, Kelly (Chris) McDaniel of Hawkinsville, GA, Beth (Arthur) Clark of Evensville , TN and Stephanie (Walt) Hance of Flowery Branch, GA, his sisters Glenda Moon of Stockbridge, GA and Nancy Padgett of Marietta, GA, his nephew Kyle (Heather) Mooneyham of Rutledge, GA, 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 3:00 p m at the New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Ward officiating.  Interment will follow in the Smyrna Cemetery in Evensville.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the church.
