Ernie Price age 66 of Spring City, Tennessee died on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at his residence.

He was born on June 14, 1957 in Elyria, Ohio to the late Jesse and Emma Lee Burnett Price. Ernie attended school in Ohio and helped his father in the construction businessin Ohio. He loved to read his Bible daily and watch old TV reruns. Ernie used to do karate until his car accident when he was 19, which left him disabled. He collected antiques, old lamps, and tend to his yard and garden. Ernie enjoyed his animals, especially his cats and dogs.

Ernie was also preceded in death by his sister Wilma Foy and his brother Wendall Smith.

Survivors include his sister Brenda (Jeff) Harris of Spring City; special friend Barbara Cahlik of Spring City; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home. The interment will follow in Spring City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Vaughn Funeral Home.
