Ellen L. Mitkewicz, 93, died Friday, November 2, 2018 at her residence.

Born in Webster, New York, Ellen was the daughter of the late Leon and Rose Binggeli Austin.  She and her husband, Leonard, moved from New York to the Spring City community in 2007.  Ellen was an avid reader and loved to feed the birds and other animals around her home.  She was of the Methodist faith.

El len was preceded in death by her husband Leonard J. Mitkewicz and her brothers Douglas and Donald Austin.

Survivors include her daughters Lila Smith of Rochester, New York and Cheryl Mitkewicz of Spring City and sister Shirley Burkhart of Lawrenceville, G eorgia.

There will be no visitation or services . Private b urial of the cremains will be at the convenience of the family.
