Eileen Craighead , 85 , died Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center.

A lifetime resident of Spring City, Eileen was the daughter of the late Gilbert Garfield and Molly McGann McCabe.  She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.  Eileen loved to hunt arrowheads.

She was preceded in death by her husband John William Craighead, daughter Virginia Herrell, sisters Mina Fugate and Margaret McCle ndon and brothers Truman McCabe, Gilbert "Biggin" McCabe , Perry "Tip" McCabe and Byron McCabe, two infant brothers and great-great grandchild Eli Jordan .

Survivors include her sons Glenn ( Faye ) Craighead and David Craighead both of Spring City, daughters Charlotte Roberts and Gloria Roberts both of Spring City , sisters Ann Walker and Stella King b oth of Spring City, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services are Thurs day, April 26, 2018 at 4:00 p m in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating.  Interment will be in the Spring City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thurs day from 2:00 p m to 4:00 p m at Vaughn Funeral Home.
