Doug Clark, 65, died Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at his home.
Born in Rhea County, Doug was the son of the late Ervin S. and Barbara Baldwin Clark. He retired from Thompson Construction. Doug was a member of the Eagle Furnace Baptist Church. He liked to hunt and fish.
Doug was preceded in death by his stepdaughter Angela Wood, brother Sam Clark and sisters Leona Monday and Carol Henry.
Survivors include his wife Vicki T. Clark of Spring City, daughters Victoria (Billy) McBay of Evensville and Leann Clark of Spring City, stepson Chris (April) Wood of Dayton, sisters Mackie (Don) Mills and Janie (Marvin) Yearwood both of Dayton, Roberta (Terry) Reed and Allison Clark both of Grandview and April Thompson of Chattanooga, brothers George Clark, Troy Clark and Jason (Nette) Clark all of Grandview and Vernon Clark and Curtis Clark both of Spring City, grandchildren Shane Douglas (Chelcse) Clark, Stormie McBay, Hannah Clark, Kelly, Caitlin and Taylor Wood and great grandchildren Dixie and Tater Clark.
Funeral services are Friday, June 9, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. David Treadway and Rev. Stephen Zimmerman officiating. Interment will follow in the Spring City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Vaughn Funeral Home.
