Donnita Orick
Grasham
d. Aug 8, 2021
Spring City
Donnita Orick Grasham went to be with her L ord and S avior August 8th, 2021.
She retired from Watts Bar Nuclear Plant after many years. Donnita was a loving wife to her true love and best friend of over 40 years to whom she adored. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, " Doa Doa " and a safe haven for many. Donnita was always fast to lend a helping hand and slow to judge. She strived to make the world a better place and there wasn ' t anyone that she would turn away. Donnita has touched the lives of many and her love and life will leave a footprint in the hearts of all that knew her. She enjoyed helping kids from all walks of life saying, "if I can give a kid a safe place, happy childhood and teach them about the L ord then that's what it is all about". Donnita drove the church van and took numerous kids to and from church, taught children's church and the youth group for many years. There was nothing she loved more than her L ord, husband, children, grandchildren and great nephew Tiller. It was her prayer for each and every family member to learn and love the L ord. This world has lost a great one but heaven just got a little sweeter.
Donnita was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Eula Mae Orick, her brothers Ricky and Bobby Brink and Donnie Orick.
She leaves behind to treasure her memory her husband Terry Grasham of Spring City, her children Lakeda (Jason) Caldwell and Wyatt Grasham both of Spring City, her grandchildren Mason, River and Canyon Caldwell, her special great nephew Tiller Hurst and other family and friends.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
