Donnie Wilson 69 of Spring City passed away Wednesday October 7, 2026 at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga. 

He was born January 10, 1957 in Rockwood, Tennessee to the late Roger “Buddy Boy” and Ruby Smith Wilson. Donnie was a lifelong resident of the area and was of the Baptist faith. He and his father worked together as concrete finishers and Donnie continued the tradition while operating the family business following his fathers’ retirement. Donnie was enthusiastic about fixing up old cars and was proud to see them restored.

Survivors include; his daughter Dena (Michael) Love of Camden, Tennessee, his brother Ronnie (Phyllis) Wilson of Crossville, Tennessee, and his sister Ester (Junebug) Waller of Spring City, Tennessee. Donnie is also survived by his grandchildren Devin Love Herrera and Drew Love along with great grandchild S.J. Herrera.

Graveside services Donnie will be Friday October 9, 2026 at 1pm at Spring City Cemetery.
