Donald Cheek age 64 of Spring City, Tennessee died on Friday, July 11, 2025 at his residence.

He was born on December 31, 1960 to the late Frederick Allen and Doris J. Price Cheek and was a lifetime resident of the area. Donald was a graduate of Rhea County High School. After high school, he served his country in the United States Army National Guard. Donald worked at various manufacturing companies including Kayser Roth, La-Z-Boy, etc. He liked boating, fishing, and hunting. Donald loved his Alaskan Huskey "Akeya". He was a member of Wolf Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sons Chris Cheek of Knoxville, Tennessee, Tanner Cheek of Rochester, New York, and Tyler Cheek of Sale Creek, Tennessee; his brothers Kevin Cheek of Spring City, Tennessee and Charles Cheek of Sweetwater, Tennessee; his sister Vikki Porter of Spring City, Tennessee; and his several grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. His ashes will be interred with his parents at Wolf Creek Cemetery.
