Dick Rocker age 84 of Spring City, Tennessee died on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on January 21, 1939 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Harry and Dorothy Jenson Rocker. Dick was a graduate of Michigan State University. He has lived in this area since 1988; moving here from Chattanooga after he retired from being a sales associate at Chattanooga Glass. Dick was a lover of old cars, actively being a member in several car clubs. He was also a member of the Spring City Kiwanis Club. Dick's latest hobby was drawing and being an artist. He loved to tell jokes and to be around people. Dick was a member of New Beginning Church in Spring City, Tennessee.

Dick was also preceded in death by his wife Stephanie Rocker.

Survivors include his children Pamela Rearden of Hixson, Tennessee, Jeff Rocker of Alton, Illinois, and Kimberly (Mike) Wilkey of Spring City, Tennessee; his sister Nancy Rocker of Holbrook, New York; his brother Larry (Barbara) Rocker of St. James, New York; his five grandchildren Shanna Williams, Hope Scott, Loren Coulter, Cameron Wilkey, and Grant Rocker; and his eight great grandchildren Bryson Williams, Gage Coulter, Livvy Jo Scott, Gunner Coulter, Benson Scott, Owen Coulter, Aulbrey June Coulter, and Wyatt Coulter.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at New Beginning Church, 141 Clinton Ave., Spring City, Tennessee 37381, with Revs. Wayne and Nancy Hood officiating. There will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to New Beginning Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 67, Spring City, Tennessee 37381, in his memory.
