Diane Reed Broadwell, 49 passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, January 24, 2021.  She was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and aunt.  Diane was loved by everyone she came in contact with.

Born on October 20, 197 1, Diane was a lifetime resident of Evensville . She was a graduate of Rhea County High School, Class of 1990.  She formerly worked at I. A. C. in Dayton.  Diane lived her life caring for her family. She loved to help her dad farm and her mom to can and to also cook good country food for anyone who came to visit. Diane was a member of the High Point Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Manuel and Dove Pritchett and Lester and Faye Reed and several aunts and uncles.

She leaves behind two sons Shane (Brandi) Broadwell and Cody Broadwell and her grandson Bo Broadwell ( that was the love of her life ) all of Evensville, parents Eddie and Jackie Pritchett Reed of Evensville , sister Dana (David) Myers of Evensville and niece and nephew Julie Myers and Dennis Myers , who will always remember her as Mommy Di.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with the Rev. Vaughn Dunn officiating.  Interment will follow in the Pritchett Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Vaughn Funeral Home.  Due to COVID-19 concerns mask s will be required.
