Carolyn Sue Schultz, 53, died Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Erlanger Medical Center.

A lifetime resident of Spring City, Carolyn attended Rhea County High School and previously worked as a CNA in the healthcare industry.  She was a member of the Wolf Creek Baptist Church in Spring City.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her brother Ricky Joe McDonald.

Survivors include her mother Esther Sharp McDonald of Spring City, father Bill (Rita) McDonald of Chattanooga, children Derik Adam Brown of Chattanooga and Jenny Lou Guthrie of Spring City, sisters Phyllis Harrison Hill, Lisa Lasley and twin sister Marilyn Ann Boles all of Spring City and one grandson Braylin Chase Spence.

Memorial services are Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 4:00 pm at the Wolf Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Forgey officiating.  The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the church.
