Caleb Oz Price infant son of Caleb and Savannah Zaffis Price of Spring City was born and died at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee on Friday, August 12, 2022 . Oz was also survived by his sister Ollie Price, paternal grandparents Steve and Carmen Price, maternal grandparents Jerry and Beth Zaffis, paternal grandfather Ralph Price, all of Spring City and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private graveside services for Oz will be at a later date where he will be laid to rest next to his maternal grandmother LaPriel Reed Lyles in Spring City Cemetery . Rev. Paul Forgey will officiate. The family requests that memorials in memory of Oz can be made to the Wolf Creek Baptist Church, 9225 Wolf Creek Road, Spring City, Tennessee for the Gymnasium.
