Billy Jack Arnold 72 of Spring City died Friday April 10, 2020 at his residence.

He was born on September 28, 1947 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Thomas W. and Julia Molene Cox Arnold. Billy graduate d from Central High School and then served his country in the U.S, Army.

He worked for 25 years for the Lookout Mt. Tomato and Banana Company and then owned operated Arnold Auto Sales in Rhea County until his retirement. Billy loved life; he enjoyed boating and hunting with his dogs. He liked owning and training both show and pleasure horses on his farm. Billy was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years Susan Conroy Arnold of Spring City, children Cindy (T.J.) Hampton and Daniel (Taylor) Arnold both of Spring City, sisters Gail Sims of Ooltewah, Pat House of Rosalie, AL and To nya Helton of Lookout Valley, TN and four grandchildren Dalton, Maysa and Creek Hampton and Paisley Arnold.

Due to rising health concerns and the safety of the community there will be no visitation. The family will have a private graveside service at Spring City Cemetery .
