Billie Jo Eldridge Rothwell, 65, passed peacefully at home Tuesday, April 18, 2017.

She was the daughter of the late Joe and Katherine Gentry Eldridge.   Billie was a graduate of Avon Park High School, in Avon Park, Florida.  She worked for Marshall Mize Ford for many years and was also a longtime childcare provider.
Billie was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her daughter "Tori" Louise Rothwell.

Survivors include her husband Floyd W. Rothwell of Lupton City, daughter Donna (Glen) Cannon of Chattanooga and grandchildren Victoria and Boe Cannon both of Chattanooga.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. John Eldridge officiating.  Interment will follow in the Smyrna Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Coulter- Garrison Funeral Home in Dayton, Tennessee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, Memorial and Honor Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105-1942.
