Anna Joyce Blumer , 78 , died Sunday, April 1 5 , 2018 at Rhea Medical Center.

Born in Spring City, Joyce was the daughter of the late Grover C. "Red" and Myrtle Hill Teffer .  She was a graduate of Spring City High School and Knoxville Business School.  Joyce was a legal secretary and retired from the law firm of Brigham & Calhoun in Wisconsin .  She and her husband, Wayne, moved from Wisconsin to Spring City in 2007.  Joyce was a member of the St. Clair Baptist Church.  She loved to crochet and play golf.

Joyce was preceded in death by her grandson Jacob Blumer.

Survivors include her husb and Wayne Blumer of Spring City, children Kim (David) Alling of Belleville, Wisconsin and Steven (Sharon) Blumer of DeForest, Wisconsin, brother Calvin Teffer of Spring City, sisters Earlene (Leon) Houston and Gertie Mae (Buddy) Crawley both of Spring City and Mary Ruth Blansit of Dayton, grandchildren Justin (Tiffany) Alling, Danielle Alling and Calvin Blumer and great grandc hildren Taylor and Kayla Alling.

A m emorial service will be announced at a later date.
