Aaron R. Lemons 50, of Spring City, Tennessee,passed away Thursday September 10, 2026 at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton, Tennessee. He was born November 18, 1975 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and was a graduate of Rhea County High School, “Class of 1993”. Aaron loved working on cars and pursued a career in auto body mechanics, receiving his certification from Automotive School in Nashville, Tennessee. Aaron worked at various body shops in this area; during his career. As a hobby, he enjoyed operating radio controlled trucks and owned several. He also liked gardening; which was a work in progress. Aaron was a member of Spring City Methodist Church.

Aaron was preceded in death by; his father Russell Lemons, his daughter McKenzie Lemons, his paternal grandparents Sam and Lucinda Lemons and his maternal grandparents Howard and Helen Martin.

Survivors include; his mother, Barbara Martin Lemons of Spring City, Tennessee, his sons Clayton (Kaitlyn) Hodge of Dayton, Tennessee and Oliver Smith of Dayton, Tennessee, his sister Christina (Jeff) Sadler of South Carolina, his grandchildren Brynn Armstrong, Dane Dupree and Roy Dupree, his niece Kaleigh Sadler, his nephew Colton Sadler and his special friend Janet Hodge.

Funeral services for Aaron will be Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 12:00PM in the Chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. David Grant officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at Vaughn Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will be in the Smyrna Cemetery in Evensville, Tennessee.
